Yes, kids are welcome to join us in celebrating our special day! Please note that children will be included in the individual invitation count for your household.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to allow time to find your seat and settle in before the festivities start.

The ceremony and reception will take place at Providence Country Club, located at 6001 Providence Country Club Drive, Charlotte, NC 28277.

There is ample parking available on-site in the Providence Country Club parking lot. Guests are welcome to park in any of the available spots.

We do not have a hotel block; however, the "Travel" section of our website lists several great accommodation options in the surrounding areas, including SouthPark, Waverly, and Ballantyne.

The closest airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), located about 30 minutes from Providence Country Club. Another option is Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), but please note it is much farther away, approximately a 2.5-hour drive.

Yes, there will be an open bar during both the cocktail hour and reception. We encourage guests to plan accordingly for transportation and consider using rideshare services, such as Uber or Lyft, for a safe and convenient option.

Guests will enjoy a variety of hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner with multiple options to choose from. Dinner selections will be made when the formal invitations are sent. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please don’t hesitate to contact Haley so we can accommodate your needs.

After the ceremony, guests will be escorted upstairs for cocktail hour. An elevator is available for those who may need it.

We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking pictures or videos during the ceremony, as we will have a professional photographer capturing these special moments. Thank you for being fully present with us during this time.
